Bosc de Bellver: Palma's public pine forest

by Ajuntament de Palma · Palma

Palma's largest public natural space, with paths among pines, picnic areas and play areas; the forest is free to enter (the castle is not).

About

The town council's visiting rules define the Bosc de Bellver as the largest public space in the municipality of Palma. The gates open 7:00 to 18:30 from 1 October to 31 March and 7:00 to 20:30 from 1 April to 30 September; the council says the change coincides with the clock change. The rules ask for dogs on leads, bikes only on the main road and paved tracks, no leaving the paths and no fires. EMT buses 4, 20 and 46 serve the area. Bellver Castle is a separate site with a paid ticket.
