Things to do in Sóller

The Sóller tram opened in 1913 as Mallorca’s first electric tram: about 4.9 km between town and port, with orange and lemon trees on both sides of the track. The valley’s oranges paid for much of this story, and emigration to France left houses and surnames you can still spot today.
