Mountain bike tour to Coll Baix on the Alcúdia peninsula

by 2GoCycling · Pollença · 4.3 · 264 Google

About 40 km by mountain bike along the Alcúdia peninsula coast, with a 45-minute walk to Coll Baix beach and a picnic.

About

A mountain-bike day of about 40 kilometres at medium difficulty. It leaves Port de Pollença at 9:00 and follows small lanes by the sea and a sandy forest track to the point where the bikes are left. From there a 45-minute walk on a narrow path leads to the cove of Coll Baix, one of the most secluded beaches on the peninsula. A typical picnic is eaten there, then the group rides back towards Alcúdia old town for a coffee. Local guide, helmet, insurance and picnic are included; the site says it is not suitable for reduced mobility.
