A Bronze and Iron Age site with naviforms and a square talayot, free to enter and self-guided with panels in four languages.

About

Located on the Cales de Mallorca road, km 1, it is one of the island's main prehistoric settlements. A single visit shows naviforms (elongated apse-ended structures 11 to 16 m long) and the square-plan talayot with a stone-roofed ground floor, ringed by dwellings occupied until the Islamic period, plus a rectangular enclosure of large blocks. A restoration and excavation project has run since 2002. Entry is free and the visit is self-guided with panels in four languages.
