Museum in a 17th-century mill with finds from a nearby prehistoric settlement, best seen before visiting the site itself.
The museum occupies the Molí des Fraret, a restored 17th-century flour mill owned by the town of Montuïri. It displays objects found at Son Fornés, a Talayotic settlement about 2.4 km from the village on the Pina road, of which around 15% has been excavated. As there is little information at the site, start at the museum. According to one portal it opens Monday to Friday, with shorter hours from November to February. No price stated: confirm with the town hall.
