One hour of guided shopping at the Mercat de l'Olivar and three hours of hands-on cooking to make and eat a seasonal Mallorcan menu with wine.
The workshop starts with a guided visit to the Mercat de l'Olivar, Palma's main market, to choose seasonal produce and taste some specialities. Then, in the kitchen on Carrer de la Llotgeta, the group cooks a full menu with aperitif, starter, main and dessert, eaten at the end with local wine. Recipes are provided. Groups are small, up to eight people, and it is not recommended for children under 12. The market is closed on Sundays and in the afternoons.
