About
A one-and-a-half-hour adults-only workshop on the Balearic herbal liqueur, with a tasting of the three types (dry, mixed and sweet), the history and the herbs used, with potted plants to see up close. In the hands-on part each participant fills and labels a 0.25-litre bottle with the flavour of their choice. It includes all herbs and fruit, the bottle with cork and seal, a certificate of participation and water and soft drinks. For four to sixteen people. The website lists sessions on the second and fourth Thursday from July to September; this may be last season's calendar, so confirm it.
