Inca earned the nickname "city of leather" thanks to its tradition of footwear and leather goods. The centre combines the Baroque church of Santa Maria la Major, built over a Gothic temple, with the cloisters of Sant Domingo and Sant Francesc, the latter from the 14th century. The dry biscuits from Quely, founded in 1853, make a very local souvenir.
