Bodega Ribas sits in Consell at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana and, according to its website, has been run by the same family since 1711. The guided visit walks through the facilities, tells the story of the house and explains how the wines are made; the tasting then takes place in the garden or inside Ses Cases de Ca'n Ribas, an 18th-century building. It is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00 and every visit needs an appointment; out-of-hours visits can be requested.
