Bodegas Suau is a family firm in Es Pont d'Inca, in Marratxí, with over 170 years of history and a building more than 200 years old. The one-hour visit, booked in advance, starts in the courtyard, walks through the historic cellar, explains its brandy-making method and ends with a tasting of spirits drawn straight from the cask at two stages of ageing. You can also try the Jungla rum, the Maior gin or the orange brandy. Over-18s only.
