One- to two-hour visit to an organic estate in the Tramuntana, in Esporles, with a winery and olive mill and a tasting of wine and oil.

About

Es Verger lies at about 450 metres above sea level in the municipality of Esporles and farms 100% organically; the family was already making Manto Negro wine in Santa Maria del Camí in the 1950s. The visit covers the estate, the winery and the olive mill and lasts one to two hours, with a tasting of some of the wines and the oil. It must be arranged beforehand by phone, email or form, and individual or group visits are accepted.
