The Mesquida Mora winery in Porreres farms its vines organically and biodynamically and offers four formats. The simplest, called Vins i tapes al celler, takes in the vegetable garden, the animals and the cellar and ends with a tasting served with biscuits and cheese; it can be done during normal opening hours. The longer formats (a technical tour of vineyards and cellar, or afternoons at the Son Porquer mill with a snack or a meal) need a minimum group and advance booking.
