The tasting covers five Forastera beers inside the Alaró brewery, with home-made tapas (sourdough, beer cheese and pesto, cecina), a small brewing experiment and explanations from the people who make the beer. It lasts about an hour, costs EUR 12 per person and is for two people or more; during opening hours it may also be possible without booking if there is room. The brewery has used Serra de Tramuntana water since 2013. It is an activity for over-18s.
