The winery is built beneath the fields and vineyards of Alaró, so it is barely visible from outside. The visit lets you go down into the facility, watch winemaking through large glass panels, learn about the history of Mallorcan wine and the house philosophy, and stroll through the surrounding vines and fields before a tasting. Booking is made with the winery, Monday to Saturday; the official site publishes no fare.
